After the app was updated to the new design, it’s become absolutely inconvenient for me to use. I much preferred the old version. Of course, I understand that the brand wants to position itself as more high-end, on the level of Zara. I suppose that was the idea. I have nothing against that, except that it’s now completely uncomfortable to use.
I don’t know what the problem is, but the app on my iPad doesn’t work at all. The “new arrivals” page kept glitching constantly. It lagged all the time and didn’t let me scroll back. I had to keep closing and reopening the app, but even then the scrolling didn’t work.
Also, I have to mention the limit on how many items you can add to your favorites. Oh my god, it’s honestly laughable. Seriously, I have to constantly delete something just to add a new item to my favorites. Isn’t it in the store’s best interest for me to save as many items as possible to my cart or favorites? Apparently not.
And just now, I opened the app and realized the cart button is gone. I have no idea where to tap to access my cart. I don’t understand whether my app is just lagging again or if they moved it somewhere. It’s really weird. Literally yesterday I could access it, and today I can’t.
That’s all I have to say about this app. I would’ve given it five stars before, but now I’m giving it only one
