Links sent by sms lead to page which is nothing about promotion, mentioned in sms. All navigation is so different that I wasn’t able to find what I need. Search gives irrelevant results. Very disappointed. I really like to shop this brand but new interface is very unfriendly

The store in Santacruz has a massive Store, but their customer service in-Store is horrible. None of the managers or customer service have any clue about policies or product information,and you’re always standing in queue while they are just s chatting . The online experience with one of the orders I had was Very sad. There was one attempted delivery which came without informing me and nobody was home after that, no delivery attempt was made, and the order was returned to the warehouse. Also, there was no updation on the app regarding my order. It always showed that the order is being dispatched, very sad experience which will completely deter me from ordering online from H&M stores.

The iPad version freezes every time you use it almost immediately. Utterly useless.

I hate the new update. It’s not easy to navigate. I rather the old version!

At Menu I choose a category but can’t scroll down

I’ve not been able to use the app for weeks now. Despite deleting and reloading.

After the app was updated to the new design, it’s become absolutely inconvenient for me to use. I much preferred the old version. Of course, I understand that the brand wants to position itself as more high-end, on the level of Zara. I suppose that was the idea. I have nothing against that, except that it’s now completely uncomfortable to use. I don’t know what the problem is, but the app on my iPad doesn’t work at all. The “new arrivals” page kept glitching constantly. It lagged all the time and didn’t let me scroll back. I had to keep closing and reopening the app, but even then the scrolling didn’t work. Also, I have to mention the limit on how many items you can add to your favorites. Oh my god, it’s honestly laughable. Seriously, I have to constantly delete something just to add a new item to my favorites. Isn’t it in the store’s best interest for me to save as many items as possible to my cart or favorites? Apparently not. And just now, I opened the app and realized the cart button is gone. I have no idea where to tap to access my cart. I don’t understand whether my app is just lagging again or if they moved it somewhere. It’s really weird. Literally yesterday I could access it, and today I can’t. That’s all I have to say about this app. I would’ve given it five stars before, but now I’m giving it only one

This site won’t update and I can’t even get on anymore. Loved shopping this store but no longer am able! What do you do??

Hello ??? Do you realize that your app is not working anymore on iPads and it’s been going on for weeks?

I am attempting to utilize my discount code and $5 gift, but upon checkout, I receive a message stating that the system is down for maintenance. When I try to checkout on the regular website, the transaction goes through, but I am unable to apply my discounts, and the sale is nearly over, which is frustrating.

App doesn’t work. I select a category to shop and filter size and other filters. I try to navigate down past the two items showing and then the app locks up. What is going on? Please help!

It’s not self explanatory how to change your password or any privacy settings. Images of the inventory are low quality, zoom in 1.2X and you see blurry pixels, as it was purposefully designed to disguise the quality of the item. I have nothing against H&M as a consumer, but I do not recommend using this app.

I used to live for this app because I could use it on my iPad to shop. Now it freezes no matter what I do. I have repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled it and nothing fixes it. I will have to shop elsewhere

No longer works on iPad 10th gen after the last update. Not an improvement.

It’s not a bad app I’ve seen better but it’s just so incredibly glitchy and every time I try to sign in it won’t let me put my birthday in I’m 15 i’m over the age restriction, but it won’t let me put my birthday in and it’s so annoying shopping in store is so much better than online

It’s March 2025 and ever since they “refined“ this app it no longer scrolls or works on my iPad. Please fix this.

Personally, I think the app and website have incredibly poor functionality and accessibility from a UX perspective. They make it difficult to get to clothing categories, and many of the product images don’t enhance the search for a certain product—which most users are in search of when accessing the app or website. In summation: you can do much better.

What the heck happened? This new format makes it impossible to shop, there’s no search bar, everything is ordered strangely, and it forces me to scroll through random batches of clothing to try and find something I want. So frustrating I had to close and delete the app. The new format is impossible to use! It’s like they don’t want you shopping…

App Hasn’t been working for the past few months.

What happened to having categories easily accessible? This app is basically the H&M website. No special features or options at the bottom like they used to. Plus it glitches! Stops letting me scroll after picking 2 filters. Awful “app”

Payed $25 dollars for next day shipping and the order still took 3-4 days to come.

My phone is iPhone 7 Plus, so I can’t update app and can’t redeem offers.

H&M is going down hill. First they took away the 20% student discount. Now they took away free mail in returns. Will be deleting this app and no longer shopping at H&M.

Hate the redesign. The navigation makes it impossible to actually browse/shop in a normal way. It seems like they want to have to scroll through a million categories that you don’t care about and have no interest in. I hate it so much that I end up closing the app. How in the world did this get approved? This is worse than the Zara website.

I purchased my cart and it said transaction failed so I did it again and it turns out it went through twice taking double the money I spent. On top of that I was signed in so I should’ve gotten an email but I wasn’t received any email saying the purchase went through.

La ropa es muy hermosa y variada, sin embargo cuando hablamos de los pagos es bastante molesto que ofrezcan facturas online vía gmail. Porque la factura no llega !!! Y por ende para hacer un cambio de artículo se vuelve nulo… ya que evidentemente si no hay factura ni registro no puede haber un cambio de pieza.

Love the app but hate that there is a limit to the amount of items I can “love”. Come on now! Please change that and it will be 5 stars.
